Moreover, You can easily buy music, TV shows and pod casts by simply tapping the iTunes app icon or buy or rent movies wirelessly, right from your iPad Tablet. Also, the maps app is amazing allowing you to  easily search for restaurants or other places of interest, and get detailed driving directions from your current location. Finally,  having anything branded Apple is cool. The Apple iPad 2 tablet has the potential to be a game changer.

There is again no flash. On the iPhone it was acceptable not to have flash but this is supposed to be the best web experience device. Come on!
It's a bit heavy and if you don't have an iPad 2 stand then you cannot hold it for 2 hours to watch a film or read a book.
There is no HDMI output and the only way to stream content from the iPad to your TV is through the Apple TV device.
The storage limitation is limited, especially if you are on a budget. Chances are you may already have a laptop in the house, so the iPad is unnecessary.
